Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
All our products are digital downloads.
Once a product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, and therefore we do not offer refunds, except in specific cases mentioned below.
This is because:
Digital items cannot be “returned” like physical items.
Customers receive instant access/download after payment.
We may provide a refund only under the following conditions:
If you were charged twice for the same product due to a technical/payment error.
If you did not receive your download link or files within 24–48 hours, and we fail to resolve the issue after verification.
If the file is completely corrupted or cannot be opened, and:
You provide proof (screenshots/video), and
We are unable to fix or replace the file.
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
You changed your mind after purchase.
You bought the product by mistake.
You expected something else (please read the product description properly).
You do not have the required software/app to open or edit the files.
You downloaded the product already (digital access is considered delivered).
Misuse of product after delivery.
Since digital products are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
